Visiting Casa Bella in Newnan, GA

We are often asked "what's for breakfast?"  The answer depends on the season and what fruit is coming in.

Each breakfast starts with a "sweet" plate!  Handmade waffles, crepes, French Toast, grilled loaf cake and Spanish Almond Cake are a few of the specialties featured.

Each is accompanied by a homemade fruit syrup, compote, coulee or handblended pancake syrup!  All made in our own kitchen with local fruit whenever possible!

Quiet Mornings In Newnan, Georgia

These pretty shots are courtesy of our guest Pamela Sheffield (FL) who took advantage of a wonderfully sunny morning to walk the grounds of Casa Bella Bed and Breakfast before breakfast!

It was fun see our house from someone else's perspective and she captured some of my favorite elements!

Bed and Breakfast Near Serenbe, Georgia

Our guests this morning are moving to Newnan to be close to Michael's job at the new Kia plant in Westpoint.
After a day and evening of discovery we slowed things down for a bit for breakfast! A candlelit breakfast of Pecan French Toast with hand-blended syrup and a savory plate consisting of a Sausage Sandwich Strata and Ron's crispy homefries!
There's nothing better than the sound of oohs and aahs coming from the breakfast table and we were happy to offer them their first French press coffee experience with our Home At Last! Mellow Blend coffee.
After finding out what they enjoy in their offtime we shared some of the fun things happening through-out the South Metro of Atlanta like Newnan's Wine About The Economy-coming up on June 18 from 5 - 9 pm.
We shared information about our local weekend markets including Market Days in Newnan, Serenbe and Hogansville.  Both are interested in cooking and welcomed the idea of fresh-from-the-farm goodies and specialty foods!

Afternoon Delight

After a day in the sun at our wonderful saline pool, grab one of Ron's "famous" chocolate chip cookies and retire to your "cool" room for an afternoon nap or a good movie. Casa Bella offers premium movie channels and cool, crisp Italian sheets and cotton quilts.

Thanks to P.S.S. Signs of Newnan for our beautiful Limoncello glasses with our new logo.  Beautiful to behold and I'm sure they will make the homemade Limoncello taste that much better.

34 Madison Design Shop of Newnan is responsible for the cheerful new seat cushions for the outside breakfast table on the front porch.  Great attention to detail and a delight to work with!

Just two of the retail businesses located in downtown Newnan that make shopping a pleasure!

French Potato Omelette

This was a very popular omelette served at The Old Garden Inn. Thinly-sliced seasoned boiled potatoes fried in a few tablespoons of olive oil until crispy.

Shown here with a other popular ingredients. . . Applewood-smoke bacon-cured locally, fresh Chinese chives and goat cheese.

Silky eggs that are not overbeaten or filled with air are created with a low, preheated pan.

Just one of the many favorites we will re-introduce at Casa Bella Bed and Breakfast!
