A new twist on an old favorite! This is one of those recipes that is sounds to simple to be so delicious. Leftover semolina bread from Panera Bread Company is recycled into crispy breadcrumbs. Blended with pecans, sugar, spices and a little butter . . .you end up with a crunchy, delicate breakfast treat. Slightly sweetened whipped cream and my own homemade Black Raspberry Syrup is quickly turning this into a guest favorite.

Classic Belgium Waffles
Lightly sweetened with the perfect golden crispiness these classic Belgium Waffles are a perfect start to our Easter morning. Guests enjoyed homemade waffles with our handmade Raspberry-Black Currant Syrup, fresh whipped cream and strawberry topping.
Baked eggs with cheese, bacon and homefries followed with plenty of hot steamy coffee. Their only complaint . . .that they didn't have another few days to hang out by the pool.
Stephen is about to graduate from Officer Training at Ft. Benning and was due back on base later this afternoon. Both and his fiance loved the convenience of downtown Newnan and enjoyed their candlelit dinner at Ten East Washington just off the square! They are off to explore the Chattahoochee River bank!
